By using Douro Make services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Douro Make offers 3D printing services, including:
- Printing prototypes and final products
- Design consulting for 3D printing
- Material selection guidance
- Post-processing and finishing
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide correct files and specifications
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Make payments within agreed timeframes
4. Deadlines and Deliveries
Deadlines are estimates based on project complexity. Delays may occur due to technical factors or force majeure.
5. Payments
Prices are confirmed in the quote. Advance payment may be required for large projects. We accept bank transfers and cards.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We guarantee print quality according to agreed specifications. We are not responsible for design failures provided by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
We respect client intellectual property. Files are treated confidentially and not used for other purposes.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts.
